Canola Oil

This oil is high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids.  Contains very little saturated fatty acids.  It is an ideal choice for many food applications. Canola is a hybrid of the rapeseed and has been developed to meet U.S. standards.  Recently the FDA approved canola's sale in the U.S. and it is rapidly gaining acceptance in the food and cosmetic industries.
