Safflower Oil - Linoleic

Regular (Linoleic) Safflower Oil has been widely used, especially in cooking, for several decades. Its flavor, availability and cost have made it one of the most used oils in the United States. Safflower has until recently, had limited use as an industrial oil because like many other unsaturated oils, it goes rancid after only moderate exposure to air, heat and light.
